A: Clothes you can move around in, leggings, and sports kit are recommended. Please keep jewellery to a minimum. Long hair should be tied up. Only closed toe shoes are allowed. For safety reasons, we cannot allow sandals, flip flops, Crocs, high heels or rock shoes into the Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park Climbing Arena.

Not at all! Clip ‘N Climb is climbing walls meet theme park in an exciting new leisure concept for all ages and all climbing abilities. No matter if you are 4 or 99 years old with no climbing experience. Everyone is welcome! At Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park, adults can climb in any session that has spaces available. Best of all…you pay the same price as kids!!

A: At Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park, our minimum age is 4 years old with a minimum weight of 15kg and a minimum height of 100cm. Sadly this is not negotiable as we take our safety control very seriously.

A: To book a climbing session at Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park, please go to our online booking page and follow the simple instructions.

1. Select the GENERAL ADMISSION option in the BOOK NOW menu
2. Select your preferred date or use the ‘show me the next Available Date’ tab
3. Pick a session time from the available session time list
4. Click on the right arrow to add or left arrows to take away the number of passes you require
5. ADD TO CART
6. Add some Ultimate Challenges (Leap of Faith and/or Vertical Drop Slide)… ADD TO CART
7. Enter your details… (If any, add your Multipass Discount or Gift Card Codes here)
8. Make your payment
9. To finalize your booking, please read and tick the Terms & Conditions and sign your online Waiver Statement.

4. Select the type of party package you prefer
5. Click on the right arrow to add or left arrows to take away the number of party packages you require. (Note: There is a minimum purchase of 10 party packages requirement per party booking)

7. Add an adult platter (or more)… ADD TO CART
8. Add some Ultimate Challenges (Leap of Faith & Vertical Drop Slide)… ADD TO CART
9. Add a Clip ‘N Climb merchandise… ADD TO CART

14. You will receive a call from our Party Manager 5-7 days before you Party to finalise all your requests

1. Arrive at Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park 30 minutes prior to your booked-in time (This include yourselves and all your guests)
2. Present your list of all your guests to assist with check-in process and advise the Receptionist about your online waiver progress
3. Ensure all your guests are wearing closed toe shoes or organise Shoe and Socks Hire with the Receptionist
4. Prompt your guests to enter the Harnessing Area after check-in (must have online waiver linked and wrist band received)
5. Wait for the Safety Briefing which commence 10 minute prior to your booked-in climbing session
6. Enjoy your 1 hour climbing session
7. Meet your Party Host at the Green Grass waiting area
8. Enter party room for a fun 45 minute party time
9. Our Party Host will provide prompts for timing and provide assistance in the party room if required. Please ask!
10. We will bring in your goodbye gifts (and ice blocks if you ordered the Party Food Package) 5-10 minutes before your finishing time so you could be prompted and prepared to thank and say your goodbye to your guests.

Some useful REMINDERS for the Party Room:

• Your 45-minute Party Room access is after your 1-hour climbing session. Please relax and let us take over the setting up of your Party Room.
• Please bring along a knife for cutting your cake.
• Please bring you own forks or spoons for cake eating if required. We have spoons for sale at the Reception.
• Welcome to bring your own colourful/themed paper plates and serviettes. We provide white plain ones.
• Party Rooms are already decorated, please see our 360 Virtual Tour under INFORMATION. Welcome to bring your own table ornaments, decoration or balloons (sorry! we we cannot provide assistance with blowing the balloons up for you as we will be too busy looking after the safety of your children inside the climbing arena), however, strictly NO extra wall decoration will be allowed.
• Please don’t be offended if we reinforce the NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS policy. We can cater for most special dietary requirements, please contact us on 09 4471428 to make prior arrangements. If there is food in your party loot bags, please hand them out at the end of the party.

Please follow the link you have received when you made the online booking or follow the below link. If you are signing on behalf of a climber who is 15 years old and under, please enter YOUR detail first then use the ADD MINOR tab to add the child/children’s detail to complete the waiver.

A: Yes! Please see one of our friendly receptionists. At Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park, there is also a discounted Double Challenge pass option available, climbers can choose to do any 2 Ultimate Challenge combination.

At Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park, we are open THURSDAY to SUNDAY during the School Term. Door opens at 3:30pm during the weekdays and 9:30am during the weekends. Our General Admission sessions are as follows:

Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park is CLOSED on all Public Holidays (including Easter and Labour Weekends) and Christmas and New Year Break. 2021 Christmas and New Year Break: 20th of December 2021 to 7th of January 2022.

All Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park, we remind our guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to your booked session for processing, safety harness fitting and a 10 minute introduction and safety briefing to ensure everyone is ready for your 1 hour climbing session.

1. Check in at the reception and receive your wrist band for your session (and Ultimate Challenge stamps).
2. Enter the Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park Climbing Arena for harness fitting.
3. Safety briefing and visual demonstration on how to climb and abseil the wall safely at the Safety Briefing Area.
4. An hour long climbing time with instructors around to assist.
5. At the end of the session, we will collect the harnesses (and Watcher Vests from the non-climbers) before you exit the Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park Climbing Arena.

* Party groups will be accompanied by one of our friendly staff to your party room after your climbing session.

A: YES! At Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park, everyone must do the introduction and safety briefing before every session they climb with us, even if you’ve been hundreds of times! Safety is our #1 priority!

A: No! At Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park, we always have ample of staff on the Climbing Arena floor to assist the children, therefore, we encourage you to join in for some fun family time and also to support your child/children.

A: No! At Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park, only harnessed climbers and Safety Checkers (Watchers) are allowed into the climbing arena. We have a viewing area for you to sit and watch by the Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park Climbing Arena. However, if you would like a guaranteed spot on the Arena floor, please volunteer as one of our Checkers to assist with safety checks for young climbers.

A: Adults can join any Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park climbing session. We also have party packages and platters selections for adults, and spacious party rooms available for private hire and corporate events which are very popular for team building and during the festive seasons.

A: At Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park, safety is our number 1 priority. We have set our maximum weight limit at 130kg (vs. 150kg as recommended by TRUBLUE Auto Belay System). You also need to fit safely into one of our Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park safety harnesses. If in doubt, please come in and we can do a harness fitting for you.
