Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park aims to provide students with healthy physical exercise, and mental and emotional challenges. Studies have shown that climbing promotes strength, balance, flexibility and is about problem solving. It also helps develop self-confidence and self-esteem and encourages peer support and communication.
Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park uses TRUEBLUE Automatic Belay systems on all our climbs to eliminate the need to have belayers to control the safety of the climber. This means that students can all be safely active at all time, and that risk management is considerably easier. We supply you a comprehensive RAMS form to assist your school in risk management program.
Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park offers special pricing policy for school groups of 20 or more climber to visit us during the School Hours in the School Term. We can accommodate groups up to a maximum of 50 climbers in each session.

CLIP ‘N CLIMB SESSION
At Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park, your entry price includes the hire of the full safety equipment, a 10 minute introduction and safety briefing to ensure you are ready for your 1 hour climbing session.
First hour…
10-19 climbers – $22.5 per person (*only available on Thursday and Friday)
20-29 climbers – $20.5 per person
30 climbers and more – $18.5 per person
Additional hour…
All climbers – $10 per person per hour
*All prices include 2 staff monitoring the safety at all time
CLIP ‘N CLIMB SESSION WITH BASIC CLIMBING COURSE
Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park Basic Climbing Course introduces the students with basic knowledge on harnesses, carabiners, belay systems as well as basic climbing knowledge and body movements, emphasis on safe climbing is also included. A truly interactive course that the students will find both informative and challenging.
Instructor – $50 per instructor per hour
*An 1:10 instructor to student ratio is required

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMME
At Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park, we encourage happy, healthy and active living. One of Clip ‘N Climb’s core beliefs is that climbing is a healthy activity with many benefits emotionally, mentally, physically and socially.
We have designed this 9 week Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park Rock Stars After School Programme for your keen young climbers. Recommended participating age is 5-11 years old.
In Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park’s vibrant and stimulating environment, children learn basic climbing skills which will help them to conquer the multilevel challenges on Clip ‘N Climb elements. They will learn about a variety of aspects of climbing including equipment, climbing styles and techniques and more…etc in a fun, accessible and safe way. Where possible, we related everything back to sport climbing, sowing the seeds for future sport climbers. Our parent testimonies reported that children progressively increase in confidence and finish the course with an “I can do it!” attitude, not only towards climbing, but other challenges they come across in life. These after school hour sessions also provide an opportunity for your children to recharge by completely shifting their focus from their busy school lives and focus on one thing they love, climbing!
Every week, lessons begin with a cardio warm-up and yoga exercises. Then a quick revision before we start learning today’s new climbing techniques and new climbing knowledge. Students then harness themselves up. In our programme, students not only learn to harness themselves up but also learn to check if their partners’ harnesses are fitted correctly and safely. Before we head out to the climbing arena, students also learn to give a concise version of the Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park Safety Briefing in front of the group. We then perform one last harness check then practice the climbing skills and knowledge of the day in the climbing arena.
Climbers get a Rock Stars T-shirt and a Log Book which records their weekly progress.

PARTIES
At Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park, parties comprise of a General Admission climbing session which includes the hire of the full safety equipment, a 10 minute introduction and safety briefing and 1 hour climbing session, then followed by a 45 minute party room hire in one of our Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park colour themed party rooms.

- Strictly NO OUTSIDE FOODS & DRINKS (except from Birthday Cakes) are allowed in all Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park party rooms.
- Please complete online waivers for ALL climbers. (Note: DO NOT PRINT as everything is saved online)
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booked session for processing, harnessing up and your safety briefing.
- Please note all climbers need to be at least 4 years of age with a minimum weight of 15kg and a minimum height of 100cm.
- Please note Weekday Parties during School Terms – EAT FIRST then CLIMB!
Clip ‘N Climb Hutt Park parties are designed for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 40 people.
Each Party Package pricing includes 1x General Admission Pass + 1x Catering Package of your choice. We have our favourite local business, St. Pierre’s Sushi and Subway, supporting us to provide you with healthy and wholesome food selections for your party. Your will have a personal Party Host assisting you throughout the duration of your 45 minute party room hire. Small paper plates and serviette will also be provided for your cake.

- Full payment must be made by online booking to secure your booking.
- Catering Option Amendment – Should you need to make any amendments to the catering options for your booking for whatever reason, we will require a minimum of 7 day notice prior to your booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any catering changes if less than a 7 day notice is given.
- Rescheduling your Booking – Should you need to reschedule your booking for whatever reason, we will need a minimum of 7 day notice. You are entitled to reschedule once less a $5 transaction fee per booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any rescheduling if less than a 7 day notice is given.
- Partial Cancellation of your Booking – Should you need to cancel part of your booking for whatever reason, we will need a minimum of 7 day notice for you to qualify for a refund less a $5 booking fee per transaction. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds if less than a 7 day notice is given.
- Cancellation of your Booking – Should you need to cancel your booking for whatever reason, we will need a minimum of 7 day notice for you to qualify for a refund less a $50 cancellation fee per booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds if less than a 7 day notice is given.

- Please remind your guests to arrive in time and wear closed toe shoes.
Useful REMINDERS for the day:
- Your 45-minute Party Room access is after your 1-hour climbing session. Please relax and let us take over the setting up of your Party Room.
- Please bring along a knife for cutting your cake.
- Please bring you own forks or spoons for cake eating if required. We have spoons for sale at the Reception.
- Welcome to bring your own colourful/themed paper plates and serviettes. We provide white plain ones.
- Party Rooms are already decorated, please see our 360 Virtual Tour in the INFORMATION tab on our website for more detail. Welcome to bring your own table ornaments, decoration or balloons (sorry! we we cannot provide assistance with blowing the balloons up for you as we will be too busy looking after the safety of your children inside the climbing arena), however, strictly NO extra wall or ceiling decorations will be allowed.
- Please don’t be offended if we reinforce the NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS policy. We can cater for most special dietary requirements, please contact us on 09 4471428 to make prior arrangements. If there is food in your party loot bags, please hand them out at the end of the party.
