A. Suitability
Is Cyberpunk Ninja just for kids?
Not at all! Our motto is “Healthy challenging fun for everyone”. Adults are more than welcome to come along and play in any session that has spaces available. Cyberpunk Ninja has a range of challenges for all ages (from 8 years and above and minimum 120cm tall) and abilities.
What is your minimum age?
Our minimum age is 8 years old (with a minimum height of 120cm).
Is there a maximum weight?
Yes! If you’re under 110kg you’re good to go!
B. Bookings
When are your busiest times?
Our busiest days are on the weekends and in the school holidays. If you would prefer the quieter times, we suggest coming along to one of our weekday sessions (we’re open every day of the week – see our session times).
How do I book?
All bookings are made online. Book Online.
Do I need to make a booking?
To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend booking. As we may close if no bookings are made. Click here to book.
Do I have to pay if I am watching?
Only the participants pay, and parents/observers can watch free of charge from the raised area.

C. Birthday Parties
What is the best way to book a party?
Birthday parties are great fun at Cyberpunk Ninja! Please Book Online or email info@cyberpunkninja.co.nz to discuss availability, prices and party options!
Can I exclusively hire the entire facility for an exclusive event or function?
Yes you can hire Cyberpunk Ninja for an hour of Exclusive use. You can book here or email info@cyberpunkninja.co.nz to discuss options.
D. Preparation
What do I wear?
Wear clothes that are comfortable and easy to move around in. Please ensure jewellery is kept to a minimum and long hair should be tied up. AdventureRama socks must be worn at all times.
Can I buy food and drinks at CYBERPUNK NINJA?
We have a range of hot food, snacks and drinks for sale including great espresso coffee in our Café.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
No, we operate a licensed café, food and beverage must be purchased on site except for birthday cakes for Birthday Party bookings only. Water bottles are allowed.
Is there anywhere to store clothing and belongings?
Yes, we have many cubicles for placing clothing and belongings in while you play. However, these shelves are not secure, and we take no responsibility for any items that may be lost or stolen. Please make sure you empty your pockets and store any cell phones, keys and other items before you begin as they may cause injury, get lost or broken.
How long before my session starts do I need to arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session. This allows enough time to process your entry.
Your session will begin with our safety briefing (Harnessing for High Ropes and Aircoaster is done before play on those areas).
Is there any car parking?
Yes, there is ample free car parking available either on the street or in our car park just past the front entrance.
What if I get thirsty – can I take a water bottle in the area?
No, sorry no drinks, gum or food are allowed in the play area. We do have shelves where you can store your own water bottle for a well-earned drink during a session.
E. Safety
We’ve been before, so do we have to do the introduction and safety briefing again?
Yes! It is very important you listen to our safety briefing every time you visit Cyberpunk Ninja. Sometimes our rules do change, and it is a great reminder in case you forget any crucial details. The safety of ALL our customers is our top priority.
Do I need to wear shoes?
No! For your safety, we only allow participants wearing our AdventureRama grip socks into the Cyberpunk Ninja action area.
As a parent/guardian, do I have to Participate with my child/children?
You are most welcome to share this exciting experience with your children, but it’s not necessary to participate as well. Our friendly staff are trained in harness safety and are always on the floor to assist the children.
